Vlad opened his Walk Cycle file, created a copy of of his animation, and downsized each layer by 1/8. Vlad opened the timeline panel and created a frame of animation for each layer. Vlad played the animation to make sure there were no issues. Vlad went through each of the frames and moved the character up and down to simulate walking over a set of hills. Vlad saved his file and exported it as an mp4 file.
