TEAMS: Taxonomy / Animals - Review
After a review of the Taxonomic process for invertebrate animals that have been part of this class to date, we examined the specific characteristics for the different classes. We watched a video of an octopus protecting her brood for four and a half years, without eating. We also watched video from the underwater ROV showing a large hydra, some extraordinary cephalopods, and arthropods that live on deep sea vents where temperatures exceed 700 degrees. Finally GT was given a comprehensive exam of worms, molluscs and arthropods. Homework: review invertebrates.
