Lesson Outline
Warm-up with jumping jacks, squats and burpees, push-ups and sit-ups. Do a full-body stretch routine: focusing on the major muscle groups.
Review and practice all our basic karate techniques:
Kicks- front kick and roundhouse kick,
Blocks- Upper Block, Downward Block and Knifehand Block,
Stances- Horse stance and front stance,
Punches- Basic Punch...

Repeat for 3 rounds...
Yoga flow for warm-down and relaxation... Meditation: "show lots of Kindness today"
