Yanuell and I continued learning his new vocabulary words. We read an informational text piece using the words in context. We then completed an activity where he practiced using the words in context. Yanuell did very well. We then continued reading the novel. We are working on identifying the theme and identifying the author's purpose for using it within the plot and characters of the story.
