We finished proofreading Abby's drafted essay. She wrote a four page well-developed literary criticism complete with proper MLA citations. She did an excellent job. I presented a very brief introduction to Public Speaking. I provided her with different speaking situations, and we discussed how she would answer/present herself in those situations. We then worked in her advanced vocabulary book. Abby is going to try to finish the senior level book by the end of this school year!
