The z and / keys were introduced today. Zeta practiced typing the z and / keys along with the other letters/keys she has learned. She read a passage about Memorial Day and then used textual evidence to answer questions about the text. We reviewed showing rather than telling when writing. Given sentences, Zeta identified the statements that showed the reader rather than just told the reader. She was tasked with revising statements from telling to showing by adding details, descriptions and action.
