Cabo was extremely distracted by his phone and acted like he was working on math, but was really just playing on his phone still. He had ear pods (headphones) in the entire session, and was very short with responses. Today was the most HW he's had and when he heard everything he needed to do, he seemed to shut down almost immediately. He said he would work on Spanish and History at home then in the morning (during a second study hall), but I came this morning (Wednesday) to check on him, and he wasted the entire study hour doing nothing. I asked him what the problem was, and he made excuses like "He hates writing". When he has a lot of work pile up he agreed: "It's easier to sit avoid it and do none of it.
