Lesson Outline
We warmed up with 3 laps around the playground and stretched the body out using a traditional yoga flow. We reviewed our Basic Martial Arts techniques: front kick, Round House kick, punches and blocks. We put the techniques into a self-defense drill and practiced it. Lastly, we calmed the mind and body with a positive meditation.
