Santino continues to arrive smiling, and will now often initiate social greet, and consistently respond to all salutations. Social referencing continues to increase within all contexts. Santino entered the office with strong intent, and as he verbally requested a familiar item not within his visual field, he was distracted by a new activity clearly displayed for his observation. He requested by labeling the colors he saw, as the noun label was unfamiliar. This clearly presented the opportunity to increase use of "What? " question forms. He encoded " What is this ?" following model, although clarity was inconsistent as the ambiguous nature of "this" within the sentence structure was noted. This was noted 7/8 times following phonemic cues. Santino was able to call attention and request assistance "Lynne, Help me +action (phrase)." 8/12 opportunities with initial inhalation cue and x4 with initial phonemic cue. He continues to encode "where (is) single object?" within contextual sabotage tasks, and with increased noun phrase use x3 opportunities this session. Santino continues to regulate action within familiar parallel chaining tasks with use of increased form "Action + object + locative (form)." Frequency of natural social referencing continues to increase. Strong session once again.
