At Mrs. Winter's request, I helped Jack with his summer homework. We re-read the book "Cat's Colors" and Jack wrote a journal entry with my support. I outlined the letters for him to model correct letter formation and corrected him as necessary. He illustrated the journal entry. Next, we read another book, "The Happy Classroom". We did not have time to write the journal entry but can do that next session.
