Cabo reviewed and applied the SAT vocabulary being studied. He orally reviewed and then did an online matching game for the words. He then completed a written assignment where he correctly applied the SAT words to given sentences. We then discussed the biography of J.D. Salinger and compared his life to the protagonist's character development in The Catcher in the Rye. He then read and discussed the next chapter of the novel.
