Cabo read chapters 24 and 25 of A Thousand Splendid Suns. He then discussed the use of irony in the chapters and found text where the author uses irony. He then discussed the effect of the irony on the plot. I then introduced 10 new SAT vocabulary words to Cabo and we used them in a variety of sentences.
