Cabo read, analyzed, and discussed the next two chapters of A Thousand Splendid Suns. We discussed the effects of the Taliban on the antagonists' and protagonist's character development. We discussed the Taliban's effect on the people of Afghanistan today as well. Cabo then was introduced to the the elements of a compare and contrast essay. He decided on a topic and he made a tentative outline.
