During today’s Anatomy and Physiology class, we continued working on the divisions of the nervous system. We defined that the autonomic nervous system is divided into the sympathetic and the parasympathetic systems. After that, we defined the synapses as the junction between a neuron and another cell, and finally, we defined the difference between chemical and electrical synapses.
