During our second class, Jaydn shared that she spent a lot of time this past summer learning online gaming. Jaydn says her "dream job" now is to design games and she wants to work for a gaming company called Riot. Jaydn described the difference between game design and content creation. Jaydn says that some colleges even have their own gaming teams called "Esports" teams. We began to explore how many popular "esports" games are based on history - especially warfare. These may include games based on early, medieval or modern history and warfare. Jaydn acknowledged that she can see that in many of these programs.
