We began the lesson with an update on the Queen's ailing health and the royal family's travel to see her in Balmoral. Spain &Portugal began westward expansion across the Atlantic. We then discussed the financial motivation behind the Age of Exploration.
We examined a list of the wealth from the different natural resources found in North and South America and how they were profitable to Europe versus the destruction of ancient cultures in the west.
