Today, Atticus and I continued learning about the 6 characteristics of life. We reviewed what growth and development are, and organization of cells (unicellular/multicellular). We watched a short video discussing the differences between unicellular and multicellular organisms, pausing to discuss and take notes on examples of the different types of organs in the human body, which are each composed of different cells with different functions. We wrote in our notes, and discussed, that these different organs are one example of how multicellular organisms demonstrate organization.
