Life Science - Levels of Organization
Lesson Outline
Today, Atticus and I investigate how tissues are organized in the body. We discussed how cells of the same type group together to make a specific type of tissue, such as muscle tissue, fat tissue, nervous tissue, bone tissue, etc. He wrote down an explanation as to how different cell types group together to make tissues. We then read a passage about organs. We underlined the definition of organs, wrote it in our science notebook with the definition, and drew a picture of an organ.
