We reviewed for a quiz on Lesson 9.2 Voices for Creation. This lesson centers on God creating the world “ex nihilo” or out of nothing. Since we know that matter cannot be created or destroyed then it would be impossible for the world to be created without divine intervention. We explored the possibility of chemical evolution but the chance of non-living atoms coming together at just the right time and in the right proportions to create macromolecules, DNA, and complex cell structures seems extremely unlikely. Next Morgan took a quiz and did extremely well. Then we reviewed the rest of the chapter for a Test on Chapter 9 Evolution versus Creation and Morgan took the test. She knows the material and I’m certain she did extremely well on this test.
