Atticus completed a textual support exercise during today's class. After I distributed a list of five thematic statements, Atticus prepared written responses that identified textual support for each theme ,including direct quotes from the novel. Where necessary , I assisted Atticus in locating direct quotes. We additionally reviewed last night's homework and made necessary spelling corrections.
