The Group of Seven (G7) consists of leaders from Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the UK and the US and the European Union (EU). Members are strong, democratic governments and maintain mutually close political, economic, diplomatic, and military relations. This year's annual meeting is happening right now in Hiroshima, Japan. Ukrainian president Zelenskyy is en route to it this morning. It's the farthest he's traveled from Ukraine in over one year. We looked at the history of the G7 and what is on the agenda for this year's meeting.
