Prompts to successfully organize details and utilize increased vocabulary variation were successful. Use of "practiced/previously learned phrases" was greatly diminished this session. Request for clarification when "learned phrases" were used, was met with both successful explanation, as well as instances of uncertainty. Allowance for expanded conversation regarding the "catch phrase or phrases " utilized when admitted uncertainty was noted was strong. Use of cohesive ties within expanded narration was supported successfully. Speaker -listener reciprocity was strong once again today with notable exchanges consisting of 4-6 cycles per subtopic. Response to clinician initiated topics was characterized by use of affirmation, and increased comment. Motivation continues to be high and attention was strong this session. Target /s/ phoneme production is now noted with increased lingual retraction at the single world level 85% accuracy. Strong session today.
