This morning, Liam read a passage about the author of "Sadako and the Thousand Cranes." He then answered questions about the main facts he learned about this author We also reviewed vocabulary such as non-fiction narrative and prologue, and Liam was afforded a brief description and overview of several terms mentioned in the prologue. Liam described Sadako as smart, athletic ("she was a good runner") and brave - which accurately summed up her main character traits.
