Chris was eager to meet this morning, as he wanted to share some "really great news." His motivation to engage in more detailed and expanded conversation of self initiated topics, as well as a wider array of topics continues to afford wonderful opportunities to support overall communicative competence. Expanded reciprocity was supported with familiar scaffolding strategies in order to facilitate increased cycles of exchange and decreased speaker -speaker overlap this morning. Chris continues to demonstrate strong self awareness, as acknowledgement of overlap and/or breakdown is noted, and subsequent use of repair techniques are utilized on a more consistent basis.
