Lesson Outline
Today we did 2 of the 8 fitness tests.
Today we did the Pacer and Philip did 40 lengths which is the equivalent of half a mile.
We then took a break and then Philip did the sit-up test and he did 30 complete sit-ups,
Both of theses scores are "baseline" scores and throughout the rest of the year we will try to improve.
