Today we will work on strengthening the muscles necessary for running and tweaking running techniques.
Warm-up and stretch.
Using light weights and bands plyometric jumping techniques. Using bands inbox for increase knee lift will help with running.
Core and abs work out- leg lifts in six different ways. Finish class with breathing techniques and bow.

PJ did really well today. He is getting stronger but needs to work on his running form to make sure that he is getting most effective use of his movements.
Four laps around the playground. Cardio workout continues with squat jumping jack rock up.
Stretch and break heart rate down right leg strengthening exercises.
To include calf raises horse stamp front stand, lunges back kicks.

We included workouts with just our body weights as well as things we can do with little or no equipment.
