Today Carson and I discussed translations in the coordinate plane. We noticed that when we translate a figure (up, down, left, or right) the side lengths and angle measures stay the same. We learned the notation for how to write the rule of a figure that's been translated. Carson practiced taking the pre-image and drawing the image according to the given translations. Carson found this topic to be easy.
