Chris quickly initiated conversation this morning. He began rapidly sharing that he had "a lot of important stuff to talk about." He demonstrated strong focus as he began to describe his "plan" for working on a new "video game project." Familiar supports were provided to assist with expanded use of detailed vocabulary and cohesive ties. Review of the aspects of presupposition were highlighted, enabling Chris to repair or revise periods of breakdown within his initial monologue.
Topic transitions were supported today, as Chris was clearly excited to discuss a multitude of topics, and rapid topic shifting was noted. Session focus was also in the areas of perspective taking, problem solving and the ability make stronger inferences. Strong session today.
