Chris was eager to expand upon the topics of discussion during Monday's session. He utilized increased questioning with genuine interest as a topic initiation strategy this session across 4 topics. Speaker -speaker overlap was noted to increase as conversational reciprocity was rapid. Awareness of overlap was variable, as cues to support acknowledgement, and subsequent repair of overlap were provided across each occurrence. Chris was very much wanting to revisit the topics of perspective taking and presupposition today. Expansion into aspects of the dynamics of "text messaging in contrast to verbal face to face communication was also highlighted once again.
Hypothetical scenarios continue to afford excellent opportunities to explore and practice use of strategies to navigate successful communication exchanges. Strong session once again. Session shortened by a few minutes due to recess today.
