Aiden practiced the following Kundalini spinal/vagus nerve warm-up exercises with synchronized breath: 3 Om chants, spinal flex, Sufi grind, shoulder shrugs, neck rolls, spinal twists (helicopter), butterflies and sitting toe touch. He completed a 13-minute open-eye meditation. Instructions for meditation: Sit cross legged, gaze at position on floor 4-6 feet in front of you, straight spine, focus awareness on inhale and exhale, when thoughts arise label the thoughts "thinking" then return attention to breath.
I highly recommend that Aiden complete these exercises and meditation at least 5 days a week to re-train his nervous system. He may work up to a 20-minute meditation per day after completing the exercises.
