Light Weights will consist of the following:
Each exercise will be done in 2 sets of 20 reps.
For the upper body: Curls, Bench Presses, Flys, Back Extensions, and shoulder presses-
Lower Body workout: Squats, Calf Raises, Lounges, Leg raises, Jump Squats-
Finish the Workout with Sit-ups and Stretches and positive meditation.
