Ben completed the lab "Motor On" which experimented with creating a motor powered by an on/off switched electromagnet. We discussed how it works and he answered the follow-up questions. He completed the Investigation "Electric Motor Mechanics" and watched the animation "Electric Motors" which demonstrates how an alternating current electromagnet creates a motor.
