Again, Luke said good and happy. He has been having improved self regulatory behavior this school year and seems happier. Today he was interested in talking about emotion when OT brought out an Inside Out character worksheet. Luke saw Inside Out 2 over the summer and was talking about the new emotions that were in the movie. Luke seems more accepting about talking about emotions this school year which is going to make working on self-regulations so much more effective. The emotions in Inside Out 2 that we discussed today were Anxiety, Boredom, Embarrassment, Envy, Nostalgia, Joy, Disgust, Anger, and Sadness. We worked on fine motor precision through a maze worksheet and bilateral coordination with an obstacle course outside. Good session.
