We started the class by reading again from Adivina Cuanto Te Quiero. Libby made appropriate comments during the reading about the actions and characters depicted.

We then reviewed our actions words. Libby was able to look at several of the words today and say their English meaning without any assistance.

She added a letter to each of her verbs on her drawing sheet from last class.

We added a verb of her choice "pintar" to her sheet.

We introduced some key phrases for her in Spanish. We added the phrase bathroom please and water please. She will be expected to use these phrases to navigate the Spanish classroom from now on.

Libby requested to work on the Spanish alphabet today. While she is not scheduled to learn about it until a little later this year, we went ahead and introduced it at her request.
