Colson completed the Lesson 3 Launch "Corn Connection" where he brainstormed why corn today looks different from corn a long time ago. He watched the video "Dog Days" and viewed an image of different dog breed. We discussed variation among dogs. He completed Encounter the Phenomenon "Brainstorm how you think humans can control the traits of dogs." He completed the lab "Developing Dogs" where he "bred" two dogs together, flipped a coin for each of their traits, then drew the resulting puppy.
