Jonathan worked on finding the slope and y-intercept using the slope formula and the slope–intercept equation of a line. We reviewed how to multiply decimals and fractions by whole numbers. Then we worked on subtracting integers and subtraction with borrowing. Next, we practiced long division. These concepts were all necessary to solve word problems involving the slope–intercept form of a linear equation. We completed all the Khan academy assignments for the week and improved the scores of the ones that were below grade C.
