Today, Aiden and I did a full-body workout.
We started with a 5-lap jog on the perimeter of the field.
We came back to the pavilion and did 3 sets of push-ups and 3 sets of sit-ups.
Aiden is up to 100 push-ups and 110 sit-ups. INCREDIBLE!!!
We finished 3 planks that were over 1:15 seconds. THE YOUNG MAN IS A BEAST!!!
