PJ and I did a variety of different activities.
We started with a 3-lap run on the perimeter of the field.
We came back to the pavilion and did 3 sets of push-ups and 3 sets of sit-ups.
We then did a couple of sets of dumbbells.
We finished with a full body stretch.
