Aiden and I did a series of different work outs.
We started with 3 2-minute planks.
We then did 3 burn out sets of push-ups. (Aiden did 50 then 40 and finally 30!!! That is a total of 120 push-ups in 5 minutes. WOW WOW WOW. Amazing!!!!
We then did 2 bar hangs and 20 full-body squats.
We finished with a 2-lap cool down on the perimeter of the field.
