Today, David and I went out to the basketball court and worked on a variety of different skills.
We started with proper placement on the ball for shooting.
We then moved on to correct form for shooting lay-ups.
We started a 1-foot takeoff. We then did a 2-foot takeoff. Finally, we shot a layup after dribbling.
