We worked on areas that concerned Audrey based on the SAT practice test that she took last week. First, I provided instruction on the proper use of transition words such as: however, nevertheless, additionally, furthermore " etc. Next, we worked on the strategies for answering questions that require the student to answer questions based on a series of hypothetical notes. I emphasized that while each answer accurately summarizes the notes, the question only seeks information on one aspect of the notes. After completing questions on these areas from a practice test, we worked on graph and data analysis questions . We analyzed all the questions and answers together to assist Audrey in strategizing .
