Obstacle Course Back to Basics Friday.
Lesson Outline
Today we will set up an obstacle course around the playground and, between rounds, practice our Martial Arts basics.

The obstacle course will include Hoops, rolls, jumps, dodging, and evasion. The cones will be made exciting by a steeplechase.

Kicks include Front kick, and side kick.
