Persians diverse mix of various cultures/geographical regions. Persians ruled by Kings. Cyrus the Great 630 B.C. was a prominent King of Persia and conqueror. Persian Empire extended from Western Asia, Arabian peninsula, Turkey, North Africa, and partially into Greece.
