Lesson Outline
We will start with the names of polygons based on the number of sides. We will determine the sum of the interior angles of a polygon. A regular polygon has congruent angles so we can find the measure of one interior angle based on the number of sides. It is also possible to determine the number of diagonals in a polygon based on the number of sides.
