Libby used 5 of her spelling words to write into sentences. She read her new and old high frequency words. She put her high frequency words into ABC order. She can now recite what a sentence is. She is learning to recite what a noun is. She did several activities recognizing nouns and putting them in their proper category. She practiced reading and writing CVC words. She read and discussed the story, "The Pigs, the Wolf and the Mud." She was able to explain the setting, the characters, the story details, and the sequence for the story.
