This morning, we researched inventors of Teddy's choice, Orville and Wilbur Wright and Henry Ford. We began with the history of flight, beginning with primitive gliders and hot air balloons, before learning about the Wright brothers' journey to invent, build, and fly the world's first successful airplane. Then, we learned about Henry Ford and his ability to make automobiles affordable and more readily available for middle-class Americans.
