Fun learning our basic Martial Arts Techniques, these include reverse punch and jabs. It continues to practice front kick and roundhouse kick. Balance drills and exercises are completed in a fun but disciplined manner.
Obstacle course with hoops and cones.
Finish with situps and pushups, and stretches.
Return to the classroom for a sing-along while finishing snack.
