Break falls: include forward roll, backward rolls, and side break falls.

Kicks to include a Roundhouse kick, a front kick on the focus pads, followed by the bag.
Sparring drills to include jab, reverse punch, roundhouse kicks, and bobbing and weaving the head to evade attack-


Finish class with a game of badminton and ping-pong drills for focus and coordination -
