Quick review of Kicks:
Front kicks x 25, Roundhouse Kick x 25, Inside crescent kicks x 25 , Side Kicks x 25

Basic karate movements: Launch, Punch, and Hand Blocks for different kinds of strikes.


Finish with Sparring Drills and a fun game of ping pong.
