Level one: Cones of Discipline... 4 cones and the ability to stand still.

Level two jumping jacks, completing four different kinds of jumping jacks, splits kicks, and bag work

Level, three situps, isometric leg raises, and crunches backward break fall

Level four fighting drill on the bag on the pad.

Level six Breakfalls: Back breakfalls, rolls, falls, and takedowns.
